These units are predictably going to skyrocket in price since Caye Caulker has become the new destination due to overcrowded, overpriced
San Pedro 10 miles further away. It is experiencing a real-estate/building boom. When I moved here 10 months ago there was one real-estate company now there at least 4 if you count me. They have built a new bank and another opened in its former location, now 3 on the island.
In addition, these units will generate a substantial income from absentee rentals which we will manage and maintain for you. Living here on the island gives me a special advantage in generating rental business, and the cheapest of these units will command a higher price than a simple, one room hotel unit due to space, comfort and amenities.
